2025年度「SAIRAI Video」の上映作品を募集中！/ Sairai Sanya Art Festival Video Section OPEN CALL 2025
2021年に発足した「再来さんや芸術祭」は、東京·山谷の独特な地域性や社会的背景に着目し、調査·制作·展示を行うリサーチ型アートプロジェクトです。簡易宿所の利用者、外国人労働者、高齢者など、都市の周縁に暮らす人々の営みに静かに光をあて、多文化·多世代が共に生きる「これからのさんや」の日常風景を、芸術を通して描き出そうとしています。「SAIRAI Video」はこの芸術祭の重要な柱の一環であり、日本国内外から厳選した映像作品を上映するプログラムを展開してきました。2024年には、出入り自由なパブリックスペースとして、玉姫公園の運動場で初の野外上映を行いました。今年のご応募をお待ちしています！
Launched in 2021, the Sairai Sanya Arts Festival is a research-driven art project focusing on the unique social and spatial conditions of Tokyo’s Sanya district. By shedding quiet light on the lives of people on the margins—residents of budget lodgings, foreign laborers, and the elderly—the festival seeks to gently portray the emerging everyday life of a multicultural, intergenerational Sanya through artistic practices.
“SAIRAI Video” is a key pillar of this art festival, presenting a curated program of video works selected from both Japan and abroad.In 2024, the program held its first open-air screening at the athletic field in Tamahime Park, transforming the space into a freely accessible public venue.We’re excited to receive your application this year!
応募要項・Submission Guidelines
- 応募者1組につき、作品は3点まで提出可能です。ジャンル·尺·制作地には制限はありません。
- テーマは、都市開発、地域性、異質な文化、労働者·外国人、漂流する土地、故郷などに関連するものに限ります。
- 採択された作品は、視点別にプログラムに編成され、上映される予定です。
- 日本語以外で制作された作品、または日本語字幕が付いていない作品は、選出後に英語・中国語・フランス語のいずれかの字幕をご提出ください。翻訳は主催者側で行いますが、字幕の制作はご自身でお願いいたします。
- Each applicant may submit up to three works without restrictions on genre, duration, or production location.
- The theme must be related to urban development, regional identity, diverse cultures, laborers, foreigners, drifting lands, hometown, or related subjects.
- Selected works will be organized into programs based on their perspectives and screened.
- For works not produced in Japanese or without Japanese subtitles, please provide subtitles in English, Chinese, or French after selection. We will handle the translation, but you are responsible for producing the subtitles.
